Tramas y tintas

Hola de nuevo!

Sigo intentando mejorar en el color y los fondos, pero sin ningún resultado que realmente me guste. Para poder subir algo sin que se me suban a mi los colores, he hecho este enano. En honor de Thorin y compañía. 

Tintas estilo manga y escala de grises mecánicas. A través del Manga Maker. Me gusta como se puede dar textura al material a través de la trama. Los pelos del pecho, la composición del cinturón de cuero. O el faldellín de cuero sin curtir. Quizá habría estado mejor si la cara del trasgo también hubiera tenido su propia textura. 

Próximos objetivos, color y fondos. Mi gran enemigo a batir.

Hello again!

I keep trying to improve in color and backgrounds, but with no result that I really like. To upload something without me blush, I have made this dwarf. In honor of Thorin and company.

Inks manga style and grayscale mechanical. Through Manga Maker. I like how you can give texture to the material through the ink. Chest hairs, the material of the leather belt. Or the kilt rawhide. Perhaps it would have been better if the face of the goblin had also had its own texture.

Next objectives, color and background. My great enemy to beat.

No me rindo. Tinta, expresiones y caricaturas.

Hola de nuevo!.

Ha pasado el tiempo, ha habido buenos tiempos y malos tiempos. Pero hay algo que no ha cambiado. Lo mucho que me gusta dibujar y seguir aprendiendo. No quiero que ese aspecto de mi vida cambie nunca, y no pienso dejar que eso ocurra. Caras largas aparte. Dibujos!

Sigo machacándome con la tinta. Lo hago a través del ordenador con una tableta gráfica. Ya se que habrá puristas que me darían de collejas, pero es barato. (Tras la inversión inicial, cuando tenía dinero XD). El uso de las sombras para acentuar, marcar la iluminación y narrar todavía me resulta un misterio. Pero ya me voy acercando a la manera de entintar que me gusta. Y eso, mola. Es una adaptación de una fotografía de Toshiro Mifune en los 7 samurai.

La segunda tanda lo componen unas prácticas de expresiones. Siempre con un personaje distinto para variar. Estoy frío como un tempano, porque llevaba un año prácticamente sin dibujar. Y esto, como cualquier músculo, o lo entrenas o engordas. ;P. Por último una caricatura del trabajo, que tiene mas de un año de antigüedad. Pero mi sigue haciendo reír.

Hello again!.

Time has passed, there have been good times and bad times. But one thing has not changed. How much I like to draw and keep learning. I do not want that aspect of my life never change, and I will not let that happen. Long faces apart. Drawings!

I still working with ink. I do it through the computer with a graphics tablet. I know that purists will slap me but it´s cheap. (After the initial investment, when I had money XD). Using shadows to accentuate, work the ambient and create it is still a mystery to me. But I'm already approaching the way I like to ink. And that's cool. It is an adaptation of a photograph of Toshiro Mifune in The seven Samurai.

The second set are facial expressions practices. Always with a different character for a change. I'm cold as an iceberg, because I have been a year without drawing. And this, like any muscle, or train or get fat. ;P. Finally a cartoon work, which has more than a year old. But It´s still make me laugh.

Casi un año después

¿Y que ha pasado?, que estoy mas viejo.
¿He dejado de dibujar?, no, he dejado de publicar.
¿Porque?, el material no me gustaba.
¿Y que vas ha hacer?, continuar como si no hubiera pasado nada... XD

Bueno, tras un parón laboral que me ha permitido recargar las pilas, hemos retornado al blog. Y con ganas, me da pena que tras 100 entradas (¡Toma ya!. Ni me había fijado...XD) esto se fuera al garete.
Pues no estoy dispuesto a que eso ocurra. Aunque poca gente lo vea, el que lo vea, que lo disfrute.

Sobre este dibujo, pues el primero con que he retomado esto. El personaje, tomado prestado de otra serie. (Naruto)Y si, es una chica, aunque no lo creáis. :) Sobre todo quería hacer inca pie en las tramas, porque nunca llego a esa parte del dibujo. Siempre me quedo en el lápiz. Y el color, ya ni te cuento...

Y yo siempre agradecido que os toméis un ratito para escribirme unas lineas con vuestras opiniones.

Well, after a work break has allowed me to recharge the batteries, we have returned to the blog. And looking forward, I am worried after 100 entries (Yeah!. I don´t notice it ... XD) this go to the garbage.

About this drawing, the first of this new age. The character, borrowed from another series. (Naruto) And yes!, it is a girl, you can believe or not. :) In the first place, I wanted to do inking, because  I never do that part of the drawing. I always stay at the pencil. And the color, a long story ...

Y ya son cuatro meses. Intentas venir, pero no puedes. Parar de dibujar, no hemos parado. Pero un par de proyectos personales me han tenido ocupado.

No es escusa, ya lo se. Y no la busco. Intento mantener este blog lo mas sano posible, y lo seguiremos intentando.

Pasando a lo que nos interesa. ¡Los dibujos!
El primero es una viñeta de uno de esos proyectos de los que hemos hablado. De corte realista, triste, apocalíptico... Esta sin acabar, faltarian grises, negros y el fondo. ¡Pero no quiero spoilers!

El segundo. Entre tanto comic, se me estaba olvidando las cosas que me gusta dibujar. Por eso, en un ratito, me he dibujado esta ladrona sexy!

¡Un poco de color!. ¿Quien lo iba a decir?. Este dibujo ha sido realizado por completo en unas 6 horas. Para mi, un record. Es una especie de torneo de dibujo entre superheroes inventados. Aquí veis al mio, Oni-Boy, machacando con su stick favorito, a Soyou.

Y por ultimo, otro devaneo muy de mi estilo. Un orco, eso si, con una autentica armadura vikinga. Nada de esos cuernos, o armaduras rocambolescas. Y mas color!. Este lo he realizado en tres horas. No he entintado el dibujo, porque era mas una practica que un definitivo. Esta coloreado con un procedimiento que he sacado de la red. Por supuesto, mi elección de colores es pésima. :P

¡Bueno!... ¿pasará otros tres meses antes de vernos?... espero que no. ;)

And finally, another daydreaming very much my style. An orc, that if, with an authentic Viking armor. None of these horns, or armor bizarre. And more color!. This I have done in three hours. I have not inked the drawing, because it was more a practice than a final. Is colored with a procedure that I learn from the network. Of course, my choice of colors is terrible. : P
Good! ... Will it pass another three months before we met? ... I hope not. ;)

Pruebas de color

Sip, sigo siendo un patán con el color. Ahora, tras mirar algunos tutoriales en la red, he cogido un viejo dibujo mio y lo he coloreado.
Sobre todo quería jugar con las temperaturas, las sombras, los contraluces. Dicho así parece de profesional, pero mas bien era como un chimpance que se encuentra un tambor. Aporrear las opciones a ver si suena algo...

Adicionalmente, estoy intentando diseñar un personaje para una pequeña historieta.
 
¡eh!, al menos esta vez no han sido meses entre post.
No saquéis mucha cuchilla con el color, que el pobre (use ase yo) es tonto. XDDDD
No, de verdad, sin piedad. Pa eso esta este Blog. ;)

Yep, I'm still a jerk with color. Now, after looking at some tutorials on the net, I took an old drawing of mine and I have colored.
Above all I wanted to play with temperatures, the shadows, backlighting. This seems so professional, but rather was like a chimp playing a drum. Clubbing options to see if it sounds something ...
Additionally, I am trying to design a character for a little comic.
Hey, at least this time there have not been months between post.
Do not rip me with color, the poor (me) is silly. XDDDD

Tintas y portadas

Hola de nuevo!

Pues ha pasado ya un tiempo desde que pasamos por aquí... ¡Vale!, dos meses. ¬¬¿
Ya sabéis: mucho trabajo y poquito dinero...

Pero aquí os dejo a esta belleza. Dibujada en el curro, como siempre. Pero entintada con mi preciosa Wacom. (Esperemos sacarle partido, que buenos Leuros a costado... ¡arf, arf!).  ^^
El fondo, ya me conocéis, soy un perro que todavía no sabe como hacerlo. Asinque lo he dejado así. Algo de perspectiva forzada, algo de sombras. ¡Gracias Otomo, por las lecciones y los ejemplos!.

Después me he traído una recopilación de las mejores manchas de papel que he podido encontrar. Ya sabéis que en el trabajo, ¡no solo se puede trabajar!. Entre caja de agua y caja de agua, ¡dibujo que te crió!. Entre ellos una caricatura que he colado en el curro. No es esta, se trata de otra mas estática, pero a mi me gustaba ésta. Tenía mas política y dinamismo, que un tipo de pie cogiéndose la chaqueta. Bueno, resumen: ¡Un par de Leuros pa la buchaca!... Ya se que me repito, pero este mes mi cartera parece que está a dieta, ¡como adelgaza!. ¬¬¿

Por último, no quería irme sin enseñaros como son mis ordenes de trabajo. Siempre que alguien se acerca tengo que  esconder el papel porque... ¡un día me despiden!. "...¿¡Se puede saber que haces dibujando!?.. ¿¡Y si se llegan a caer todas esas cajas de agua apiladas!?...". Así suelen quedar... Por lo menos, me quitan el tedio... ^^

 Todo esto ha estado en la nevera mas de un mes... espero que haya merecido la pena. Aunque solo sea para vernos de nuevo. ¿Sabeis?, tengo una inquilina nueva en casa. Se llama Hermione, y es una gata negra preciosa. Ya pesa un kilito, y esta apoyada en mi hombro mientras escribo esto.

As it has been a while since we went through here ...Okay!, Two months. ¬ ¬
You know: hard work and few money ...
But here I leave this beauty. Drawn on the work, as always. But with my lovely Wacom inked. (Hopefully I can use it, so much money ... arf, arf!). ^ ^
An the background, I know, I'm a dog who does not know how. Some forced perspective, some shadows.Otomo Thanks for the lessons and examples!. 

After I Brought a collection of the best dirt of paper I Could find. You Know That at work, you cant only work!. Among water box and water box, drawing raised to you!. Among Them That is a cartoon I slipped Into the Prop department. This is not, this is Another more static, but i liked it. Had more Political and dynamism, better than a guy standing holding his jacket. Well, short: A couple of Money to the pocket! ... I know I repeat myself, But my wallet This Month Seems to be on a diet, how to lose weight!. ¬ ¬

All This Has Been in the fridge over a month ... I hope it WAS worth it. If only is to see us again. You know, I have a tenant's household. Hermione is Called, and is a beautiful black cat. It weighs a few pounds, and is resting on my shoulder as I write.

Caricaturas y trabajo

Bueno!... Esta vez solo han sido seis semanas. ¡Es una mejora respecto a los dos meses anteriores. XD

No, la verdad es que tuve una actualización con dibujillos y una portada muy currada, y se las comió mi perro!. ¬¬¿. Bueno, en serio, las tuve, pero me desaparecieron en el trabajo. Imaginaos, una planta entera llena de tacos de 500 hojas de folios, escritos, impresos, pintados... y voy yo y me dejo tres folios encima de una mesa. Pues claro, como es lógico, terminaron en reciclaje.

Creo que no había estado mas cabreado conmigo mismo desde hacia décadas, excepto por aquella vez que metí... Mejor esta anécdota la dejo para otro día. ^^

Resumiendo. Como mi amigo Pericles es un maquina de la caricatura y el dibujo, y yo soy un envidioso, he intentado meterme un poquito en este difícil terreno. Infografía?, Hiperrealismo?... nah!. Caricaturismo. ¡Es el infierno!, ¡Que dificil!. La mitad de las veces los personajes no se parecen ni por asomo a los reales. Y además el chiste TIENE que ser gracioso. "Esto es un infienno...!"

Para los que se quieran entretener, y a mi, hacerme un favor, pueden buscar las diferencias entre el entintado a mano, y el entintado por tableta gráfica. ¡Se aceptan opiniones que no le causen al dibujante una depresión emocional de caballo! XD. No en serio... sacad la cuchilla... :)

Verano, Trabajo y Boda.

 

Ehi!... Hola de nuevo.
No os preocupeis que no soy yo el que me caso. ¡Solteras a mi!. (Suena un poco a la antorcha humana...¬¬¿)

Os aseguro que no me he caído a ningún pozo. Simplemente, estos tres últimos meses no he estado nada productivo.
Resumen:
Me ascendieron en el trabajo, lo que me alejó del trabajo de calle y de un buen puñado de buenos momentos para dibujar. ¿Y al llegar a casa?. Mucha tensión y la cabeza en otro sitio. Ni dibujar, ni leer, no tocar, ni deporte... nada. Solo un poco de tele rápida y una cena aun mas rápida que mañana hay que trabajar. Merde!.
Me he vuelto lento y torpe. Pero eso tiene remedio. Un poco de vacaciones, un poco de casa, un poco de uno mismo y ya estamos de vuelta. ¿Será fructífera?... ya veremos.

¡Novedades!: Tengo una nueva herramienta, la tableta gráfica!. (Ya tenía una pero era un poco arcaica). Es una belleza y ya estoy con ella. Espero hacer mas color y aprender a usarla como dios manda. ¡Me han degradado!, vuelvo a ser Auxiliar de Producción (Eso es bueno...¿no?  ¬¬¿). Vuelvo a tener menos responsabilidades y menos salario. No ha sido una opción, el ascenso venía con fecha de caducidad. (Vamos, una sustitución). ¿A que mola trabajar en la tele?... :D.

Bueno, menos mi vida y mas dibujillos. Pocas novedades, pero no por ello menos importantes. Las fotos son de Alba, una compañera de mi serie que trabaja en el departamento de Arte. O Atrezzo, o el de Props. Lo que tiene en la mano es el libro, que "nuestra" Señorita Reeves lee en el primer capitulo. ¡Con dos dibujillos mios!... estoy que exploto de ilusión. Ella lo desencuadernó y encuadernó de nuevo con las hojas reemplazadas. ¡Una artista, vamos!.
El dibujo corresponde a todo un honor que se me ha ofrecido. Ilustrar las invitaciones de boda de dos amigos mios. David y Barbara. He tardado un poco, por todo lo anterior mencionado, pero les ha gustado.
¡Un brindis por los novios!, ¡Felices para siempre!... :)

Do not worry it's not me that I marry. Unmarried to me!. (Sounds a bit like the Human Torch ...¬¬¿)
I assure you that I have not fallen to any well. Just last three months have not been anything productive.
Resume:
I was promoted at work, so I left the street work and a handful of good times to draw. And when you get home?. A lot of stress and head elsewhere. Don´t no draw or read, do not play or sport ... nothing. Just a little fast TV and even faster dinner than we have to work tomorrow. Merde!.
I have become slow and clumsy. But I can fix up. Some vacation, some house, some my self and we're back. It will be usefull? ... we'll see.
News!: I have a new tool, graphics tablet!. (I already had one but was a bit archaic.) It's a beauty and I'm working on her. I hope to do more color and learn to use it well. I've been demoted!, I become Assistant Production again (That's good ... right? ¬¬¿). Again I have less responsibility and less pay. It was not an option, the rise came with the expiration date. (OK, a substitution). What's hot work on TV?yeah! ... : D.
Well,enough of my life and more drawings. Few news, but no less important. The photos are from Alba, a colleague of my series that works in the Art Department. O Props, or Atrezzo. What she has in hand is the book that "our" Miss Reeves read in the first chapter. With two drawings mine! ... I´m going to explode. She unbound and bind again with the replaced sheets. An artist, come on!.
The drawing is an honor that I have been offered. Wedding invitations illustrate two friends of mine. David and Barbara. It took me a bit, explained above, but liked.
A toast to the newlyweds!, Happily Ever! ... :)
Enough, I leave. (I hope for less than three months ...^^¿)

Sigue dibujando

Ni mas ni menos. El trabajo sigue, los pequeños momentos siguen estando. Y seguimos dibujando.  Con una gripe encima que no me la quito ni a guantazos. Seguimos aqui.

Desearia poder tener algunas horas mas para reorganizar el escritorio, y sacarle realmente todo el partido que pueda al lapiz. Pero por ahora esto es lo que tengo. Lo importante, creo, es no parar.

Ultimamente, el objetivo es la tinta. Sin duda. Conseguir firmeza, forma, y sombra. ¿Trama, claro-oscuros...? Qui-lo-sa?
¡Las criticas, como siempre, serán mas que bien recibidas.

Neither more nor less. The work continues, the small moments remain. And we are drawing. With a flu that I can cure myself. We here.
I wish I could have some more hours to reorganize the desktop, and improve better the pencil. But for now this is what I have. The most important thing, I think, is not to stop.
Ultimately, the goal is the ink. No doubt. Get firmness, shape and shade. 
The criticisms, as always, will be more than welcome.

Dos meses despues

Y aquí estoy de nuevo, dos meses después. ¿Que donde he estado?... imaginaoslo... playas soleadas, mujeres semi desnudas... no. Currando, que se le va a hacer... :)

Parece como si hubiera abandonado el lápiz, pero NO!, dejarlo no lo he dejado. Sigo en ello... Lo que si es cierto, es que el blog SI que lo tengo abandonado. Mi viejo escaner ya ansiaba subir algo a la red. Vaguearía, dolor, enfermedad, calentamiento global... todas son buenas razones y escusas.

Últimamente le estoy dando mas a la tinta que al lápiz. Pero mi conciencia me dice que estoy dejando de lado el color. Bueno, tendré que encontrar tiempo de algún sitio y volver a centrarme.
Aquí os dejo algunas cosillas para critiquéis y desmembréis.

Seems like I've left the pencil, but NO, I did not leave left. I keep it ... What IS certain is that blog I have it abandoned. Longed for my old scanner waiting an upload something to the network. Bored, pain, disease, global warming ... all are good reasons and excuses.
Lately I'm giving more ink to the pen. But my conscience tells me I'm leaving out the color. Well, I must find the time somewhere and re-focus.

¡Entrada Rapida!

De meses, a días!. Para variar una entrada rápida!.
En la piloto, todavía no doy con una manera de hace semitonos que me guste. Sigo peleando, creo que es una manera de finalizar dibujos que me gusta. Aunque, no se si es lo que mejor queda con el estilo de dibujo que hago. ¿Alguna idea?...

El dibujo a lápiz, es uno de esos dibujos que hago mientras trabajo, que se quedaron en la pila de "para escanear", hace ya 1 casi un año... o_O¿
Algo atemporal, pues el guerrero viste la cota de malla típica de las cruzadas, así como el escudo y la espada. Mientras que la mujer es típicamente una valkiria nórdica del 700... Pero la verdad, es que no me importa. :)

From months, to days!. A very quick post!.In the pilot, yet I can´t find a way to draw in semitones. I keep fighting, I think it's a way to finish drawings that I like. Although, I don´t know if that's the style that can be better for my drawings. Any ideas? ...The pencil drawing is one of those drawings that I do while I work, who remained in the pile of "to scan", and almost a year ... o_O "Something timeless, as the warrior's chain mail,shield and sword are typical of the crusades. While the woman is typically a Nordic Valkyrie from 700 ... But the truth is I do not care. :)Greetings!

Vuelta al Dibujo

Tras haberme pasado unas magnificas vacaciones, me he dado cuenta que tengo el Blog completamente parado. Un vistazo atrás y veo que no posteo desde hace ¡un mes!.

No es que haya dejado de dibujar, sino mas bien, que no he colgado nada ultimamente. Asi que he decidido colgar lo que tengo encima de la mesa, aunque este sin acabar. Aunque solo sea para que el blog se mueva un poco.

El problema es que empiezo alguna ilustracion y tras una hora, me doy cuenta de que no me está gustando nada. Y decido dejarla. Como por ejemplo, la del gigante con la mujer. Asi que sintiendolo mucho, se quedará como está.

Por otro lado, el comic va bien. Pero estoy viendo que me gustaría empezar de otra manera. Pero me mata el pensar todo el trabajo que ya le he echado... Pero voy a hacerlo igualmente. Al fin y al cabo, ¡no tengo fecha de entrega!.

After I spent a wonderful holydays, I realized that I have completely stopped Blog. A look back and see that do not post since a month!.

Dinosaurios

Estoy en sequía. Anuncio. Llevo dos semanas intentando dibujar algo decente y no consigo nada. Tras varios lapices sin finalizar, me he decidido por este. No preguntéis porque, porque no lo sé. :)

Al menos me ha servido para volver a coger un poquito de carrerilla. Y continuar con el cómica.

Fiestas de Tres Cantos

Estos dias han sido mortales. Cinco dias de fiestas en mi barrio. Han estado muy bien, y por supuesto, no he podido coger un lapiz. ¡Pero ya han pasado!.

Comic

Llevo un montón de años sin intentar hacer un comic. Composición, narración, guión, dialogos, onomatopeyas. ¡Esto es un trabajo inmenso!. Despues de una semana, veo el resultado y sigo sin estar convencido. Hay viñetas que cambiaría sin pensarmelo dos veces, pero volver atrás me mata. Mas adelante me dedicaré a rehacer hojas. Ahora necesito ver como "La bestia" se mueve.

Sigo peleandome con la tinta, y tengo dudas a la hora de utilizar sombras mecanicas. Pero voy a seguir probando hasta que me termine de encajar todo en una estetica que me guste.

I have a lot of years without trying to make a comic. Composition, narration, screenplay, dialogues, onomatopoeia. This is a huge work!. After a week of work, I see the result and I remain unconvinced. There are windows that would change without thinking twice, but going back is killing me. Later I'll come to remake sheets. Now I need to see as "The Beast" moves.

I'm still struggling with the ink, and I have doubts about using mechanical shadows. But I will keep trying until I finished to fit all in an aesthetic that I like.

Ya estamos aqui otra vez para colgar un nuevo dibujo. Esta vez, va con premeditación. Es mi versión de "La reina de las espadas". Una semidiosa de un juego de rol, en el que me estoy basando para hacer una historia. Su ambito es la justicia y el bien.

La idea es que tenía que ser fuerte, pero tampoco perder su femenidad. El estilo de ropa debía ser típicamente nordico, y con ciertos toques griegos. Asi las grebas y el peto de cuero serian mas griegos, y el yelmo y las decoracion mas nordico. Asi como las armas.

¡El primer dibujo que hago en DINA3. ¡Dioses!, no sabia ni como escanearlo. Pero tienes espacio por todas partes, es una gozada. :)

We're here again to hang up a new drawing. This time, go with premeditation. It is my version of "The Queen of Swords." A demigod of an RPG, which I'm basing to make a story. Its scope is justice and righteousness.

The idea is that had to be strong, but not lose their femininity. The style of clothing should be typically Nordic, and with some Greek touches. So the greaves and the leather breastplate would be more Greeks, and the helmet and the northernmost decoration. Just as weapons.

The first drawing I do in DINA3. Gods!, Did not know how to scan it. But you have space on all sides, is a joy. :)

Tinta, aun no hemos terminado

Sigo trabajando en esto de entintar mientras trabajo en algunos personajes que estoy desarrollando. A este, le tengo que reducir un poco mas la cabeza, porque la idea es que parezca medir 2 metros diez. Osea, un gigante con un espadón inmenso.

Además, esa cabeza esta demasiado girada, pero inicialmente solo iba a ser una cara. Pero al ver que la cosa se desarrollaba bien, quise practicar mas la tinta.

I'm still working in ink while working on a few characters that I'm developing. In this, I have to cut a little the head, because the idea is that seems to measure 6,5 feet tall. A giant with a huge broadsword.

Sangre y Tinta

Ya está, ha ocurrido. He encontrado a mi archienemigo. La tinta. Me estoy pegando con ella con mis mejores gadjets. ¡Por eso estaba sin subir nada!. La mitad de los dibujos... que digo la mitad, mas de la mitad terminan avandonados por los asesinatos que perpetro con la tinta.

Me parece que todas las lineas tienen el mismo grosor, que no marcan diferencias. No se como hacer tramas, asi que improviso, y cuando la cago... esta cagado en tinta... grrrr.

¡Pero no me doy por vencido!. Palabra.
Me gustaria hacer algunos diseños de personajes y subirlos. Quizá con una historia detrás... ya veremos.

Un poco de Punk sin Cyber.

Ahora que he empezado, no hay que parar. Tras un intento fallido de realizar algunas viñetas, empece a esta muchacha (Si, es una chica). Queria hacer algo de tintas, por lo que he cogido algunos ejemplos para guiarme. Y luego algo de fondo.

Ya se que no se ve mucho, pero se hace tan largo... y me falta imaginación. Quizá deberia buscar ejemplos por ahi, para poder añadirlos a los dibujos. ¡Seguiremos con ello!.
